Its a very big day on Saturday for the Club's U13 Ladies Footballers, as we have not just 1 BUT 2 teams contesting league finals at the Kildare GAA Manguard Hawkfield Centre of Excellence.

First up its the turn of the girls born in 2010 (photo below), who contest the Division 5 final against Naas. The Clane team went unbeaten through the league stages and then overcame a very tough Kilcullen team in the semi final. This match throws in at 2.30pm.

At 3.45pm it's the turn of the 2009 girls in the Division 2 final. The Clane team (pictured above) are both delighted & proud to have made the Final. A big occasion for a big achievement ! Their pathway to the final has involved draws, losses, wins & coming through a semi-final against an undefeated team from Kill , on their home ground …. Talk about getting there the hard way!!

The coaches, like the girls are looking forward to the games on Saturday & welcome all support for these very deserving young footballers.
