This Friday night, November 12th at 8pm we will host our club AGM in the main hall and online via Microsoft Teams.
Attending in Person
Those attending in person will not be required to register but will be required to produce a valid Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate in order to gain entry.
Attending Online

It is recommended to use a personal eMail address such as gmail.com or hotmail etc. as your work eMail may have security restrictions which might inhibit your ability to attend/vote.
After registering you will be sent a confirmation eMail with a link to join the meeting. Please ensure that you join the meeting using the same name and eMail address used during your registration. You must be clearly identifiable or you will be removed from the meeting and asked to correct your name/profile used for entry. Online attendees will need to have access to a laptop or mobile device with a reliable internet connection to attend the AGM online.
Online Registration will close at 7.30pm!!
Please join the online meeting from 7.45pm onwards in order to allow us time to ensure we are ready to start at 8pm.
Voting
Please note only full members who have paid their membership on or before May 31st, 2021 will be eligible to vote at the AGM either in person or online. In order to vote online the full member must be present in the online meeting at the time of the vote. Once the voting process begins we cannot allow new entrants to join the meeting online.
All eligible voters present online during the meeting will receive a link sent to their eMail which allows them to participate in the vote. Each link is unique and can only be used once. Verifying voter eligibility may take a few minutes so please be patient.

If you want to check when you paid your membership, you can find your membership receipt by searching your eMail for subject “Clane GAA Membership Receipt” with the sender being info@clubzap.com
