We're sure everyone is looking forward to getting back on a pitch next week!
In advance of this, we have some very important information for parents/guardians.
- Coaches will be using Clubzap for all Club Communications -
- Please ensure you have updated the app as there have been some changes recently.
- As last year, for training or matches you will receive an invite with a Covid-19 Return to Play health questionnaire.
- Please confirm your child's attendance and complete the health questionnaire prior to your child arriving at the Club
- The Covid Supervisor will be checking that they have received a confirmation of attendance and a completed health questionnaire and will then mark your childs attendance - this gives us a contact tracing list should we need it. We really need you to ensure that you complete these two steps prior to arrival for training as we cannot allow any children on the pitch without a completed Health Questionnaire and a confirmation of attendance.
- Covid Supervisors will sanitise players hands before & after training - please advise your child that they need to look for the Covid Supervisor (wearing a bib) at the start and end of training
- In line with GAA regulations all players who return to train are required to have their membership paid otherwise they will not be covered by the Player Injury Scheme. Visit https://clanegaa.ie/membership for details and options.
- Top Pitch Access - As a result of the fantastic news that our club development has commenced, access by car to the top pitches is going to be severely limited. Please look out for signage but in short only team coaches will be able to drive to the pitch as they have equipment for training. We have created a 'Drop Off Zone' at the bottle bank area where players can be dropped and walk up if you are comfortable for them to do so. If you are not, then please park in one of the parking bays and walk your child to the pitch. When you are picking up, please park in a marked bay and either wait for your child or walk up to the top pitch and collect them.
Further detailed guidance for Parents/Guardians with more information on Covid Procedures and Return to Play Protocols for the Club is available for download here. We encourage all parents/guardians to download and read the document carefully.
