As previously communicated, due to Covid-19 restrictions we could not hold our club AGM as we would normally do in the main hall this year. On November 13th we communicated the details for this years AGM process; we are now well into that process with a few outstanding items and steps to be completed (see below).
Last week on November 23rd our club secretary communicated the 2020 AGM Report via eMail to all full members of our club. A copy of that report is available for review or download by clicking here.
The complete audited club financial report is also available to all full members - submit your request to receive access by clicking here.
You may also request a hard copy by contacting the club secretary or treasurer.

As per the Standing Orders section of the AGM Report
1. Members should submit any queries on any of the reports or the Chairman’s address via the Secretary by email (secretary.clane.kildare@gaa.ie) or in writing to the Club by 5pm on 2nd December 2020
2. Members can also raise points of ‘Any other business’ via the Secretary by email (secretary.clane.kildare@gaa.ie) or in writing to the Club by 5pm on 2nd December 2020
3. The 2021 Executive Committee will respond in writing to all queries on reports and the financial report by 10.12.20
4. The 2021 Executive Committee will respond in writing to Any other business raised by 17.10.20
As per the report section 2021 Executive & Officers nominations, there are still a couple of vacant positions open. Anyone who is interested in undertaking any of the unfilled roles please contact the Secretary on secretary.clane.kildare@gaa.ie by 5pm on December 2nd, 2020.
Outstanding steps for the Clane GAA 2020 AGM
- December 3rd – AGM Day; Returning Officer will count the Votes and the new Executive and Officers will be confirmed.
- December 10th – The new executive will respond to questions received on the Secretary’s Report and the Financial Report
- December 17th – The new Executive will respond to questions on Motions and AOB
