It's great to see our teams back training after so long and we really appreciate all your help, support and patience as we implement the safe Return to Play procedures.

Please continue to help make the lives of our brilliant Covid Supervisors that bit easier and use our club app (ClubZap) to respond to Training/Match event invites AND to make your Health declaration.

After the coach sets up an event in your team group chat, team group members will receive a notification of the training or match event. Players, Coaches & Parents of Children under 18 should then enter the team group, find the event and submit their response AND make their health declaration. These are 2 separate things - responding Yes does NOT mean you have completed your health declaration; you must also complete the health declaration. See below for details.

1. Review Details of training/match event & click on Complete now to make Covid-19 Health Declaration.
   If you do not see the Complete now link in the invite, please update your app
2. Fill in Details and click on Submit Form
3. Form successfully submitted – tap x in top right hand corner of form to close
4. Respond Yes or No to confirm availability for training/match

No Player will be allowed to train or play in a match unless they have completed their health declaration! No exceptions.
