Clane GAA member registration is now open. Under our new One Club Policy all player membership is due on or before January 31st 2020. For all non-playing full members you must register before March 31st 2020, otherwise you will not have voting rights in next year’s AGM.
We would encourage all members, new and old, to pay your membership online. In advance of accessing our online payment system we would like you to note the following explanation for our membership types. Please take a few moments to read this before completing the online form. In accordance with GAA Rules, Clane GAA offers the following types of membership:
- Full Membership may be granted to persons, who having reached the age of eighteen years, subscribe to and undertake to further the aims and objects of the Club and the G.A.A. Members who are involved in coaching teams or in administration roles within the Club need to be Full Members and this also entitles them to full voting rights.
- Youth Membership may be granted to persons, not having reached the age of eighteen years, who subscribe to and undertake to further the aims and objects of the Club and the G.A.A. They have no voting rights.
- Honorary Membership may be granted to persons, who have reached the age of eighteen years, have rendered exceptional service to the Club or the games or activities of the G.A.A. An Honorary Member shall have the rights of a Full Member, but shall be exempt from paying the Club’s Annual Membership Fee.
- Social Membership may be granted to persons, who have reached the age of eighteen years, subscribe to and undertake to further the aims and objectives of the Club and the G.A.A., but who do not seek full voting rights and the rights to take part in coaching and/or the administrative affairs of the Club or the G.A.A.
Under our One Club Policy Clane GAA has developed a range of membership packages for families and this allows parents and their children to actively participate in all football, hurling, camogie and ladies football within the Club. If you are selecting a Family Membership Package please familiarise yourself with the details of the package in advance of going online and note that family members over the age of 18 are not included.

Clane GAA Membership 2020 Plans
Family Membership — (1 Full Member + 1 Social Member +1 Youth Membership) €150
This package includes 1 parent as a Full Member and 1 parent as a Social Member and 1 Youth Membership. Please note if both parents are involved in coaching and/or administrative roles then both need to take out Full Membership.
Family Membership — (2 Full Members +1 Youth Membership) €180
This package includes 2 parents as a Full Members and 1 Youth Membership. Please note if both parents are involved in coaching and/or administrative roles then both need to take out Full Membership.
Family Membership — (1 Full Member + 1 Social Member + 2 children) €175
This package includes 1 parent as a Full Member and 1 parent as a Social Member and 2 Youth Memberships. Please note if both parents are involved in coaching and/or administrative roles then both need to take out Full Membership.
Family Membership — (2 Full Members + 2 children) €205
This package includes 2 parents as Full Members and 2 Youth Memberships. Please note if both parents are involved in coaching and/or administrative roles then both need to take out Full Membership.
Family Membership —(1 Full Member + 1 Social Member 3+ children) €200
This package includes 1 parent as a Full Member and 1 parent as a Social Member and 3+ Youth Memberships. Please note if both parents are involved in coaching and/or administrative roles then both need to take out Full Membership.
Family Membership —(2 Full Members 3+ children) €230
This package includes 2 parents as Full Members and 3+ Youth Memberships. Please note if both parents are involved in coaching and/or administrative roles then both need to take out Full Membership.
Full Adult Player Membership €125
This is a Full Membership that entitles the person to play and to vote at the AGM.
Student/Apprenticeship Membership €100
This is a Full Membership and entitles the person to play and to vote at the AGM. You will be asked to upload proof of your student/apprentice status to the online wallet so please have this ready.
Full Adult Membership €100
This is a Full Membership and entitles the person to vote at the AGM.
Youth Membership (Age 7- 18) €100
This membership entitles you to play and use the facilities of the club.
Social Membership €50
This membership entitles you to use the club facilities but it does not cover playing or voting at AGM.
Nursery (Age 4 -6) €50
This membership covers players enrolled in the Club Nursery. Note it does not cover players to play in Go Games or other organized team events.
OAP €25
This is a Full Membership for persons over 65 years of age and entitles the member to vote at the AGM
