Minor Football Championship FINAL - Sunday @ 1.30pm
All roads lead to St. Conleths Park, Newbridge this Sunday for the Minor A Football Championship Final between Clane and Naas.
Throw-in is at 1.30pm, so please get there early, wear your club colours and cheer on our team! Check out the match preview which we published on Friday afternoon.
Please note that there will be FREE PARKING in the Whitewater Shopping Centre on production of the match day programme.
Last weekend our U21 Hurlers qualified for the U21 B County Final when they comfortably beat Kilcock in Hawkfield and will face Coill Dubh, Broadford or Leixlip in the final. The U21 Football kicks off next weekend and Clane have been drawn away to Naas in the QTR Final. The match is tentatively scheduled for Sunday next 27th of October in Naas at 2pm. Please keep an eye on the fixtures on our web site or via the ClubZap mobile app for confirmation.
The Big Rugby Brunch in aid of The Irish Hospice Foundation - Saturday from 10am
On Saturday, to coincide with the Rugby World Cup Quarter Final between Ireland and The All-Blacks we will be hosting a very special event at our clubhouse in aid of the Irish Hospice Foundation - The Big Rugby Bruch. Cost is €10 per Adult and €6 per child. The match kicks off at 11.15am and it will be shown live on our big screen in HD but breakfast will be available from 10am so be sure to get in early and grab your seats for the big match!
Saturday - U12 Football Finals
Best of luck to our 2 x U12 Football teams and management in tomorrows County Finals which take place in Hawkfield! Our Division 3 team play Blessington at 10am while our Division 1 team play Maynooth at 12.20pm. This is a tremendous achievement for both teams to get to their respective finals. Congratulations to the boys and their coaches and we wish them all the very best of luck!

October 22nd - Talking to our Kids about Disability (Talk)
The Scoil Phádraig Parents Association AGM takes place this coming Tuesday 22nd October at 8pm in the school hall. There will be a presentation on Talking to our Kids about Disability by Ailísh Sheehan, club member and local mother of Finn Cooney, one of our U9s who has Cerebral Palsy. The club encourages everyone to attend and learn how best to support one of our own.
October 25th - Trad Session in Clubhouse Bar from 9pm
Next Friday night we will have the Trad Session taking place in the clubhouse bar from 9pm. All welcome and entry is free.
October 25th & 26th - AsIAm Autism Experience Exhibition in Clane Parish Centre
Kildare Library Service and the Clane Autism Aware group will host the AsIAm Autism Experience Exhibition in Clane Parish Centre on Friday 25th & Saturday 26th October, 10am - 4pm each day.
While many people have heard the word Autism, very few truly understand it and fewer still have a sense of what it is actually like to face the challenges those with Autism experience. This exhibition is accessible and engaging for visitors and includes an audio guide and a range of activities to enable visitors to “step into the shoes” of someone with the condition.
Free admission, all welcome.
October 27th - Bank Holiday Weekend & Dublin City Marathon Celebration
We will also be hosting a Bank Holiday Weekend/Dublin Marathon celebration night on Sunday, October 27th with live music by Turner & Bailer from 9.30pm
