Club Lotto
Our Lotto jackpot is rapidly approaching the €10,000 mark. This week's jackpot is worth €9,600 and you can buy tickets at the clubhouse café & bar (€2 per ticket or 3 for €5) or outside SuperValu in Clane each Sunday. The draw takes place each Monday night and the results are published on our social media channels, search for #ClaneGaaLotto
Minor A Football Championship - Semi-Final Details
The draw for the Minor A Football Championship took place earlier this week on the completion of the 2 quarter final fixtures. Clane will face St. Laurences who overcame Kilcullen by 2-11 to 1-9 in their quarter final. The semi-final will take place in Hawkfield under lights next Friday, October 4th with an 8pm throw-in.
Meanwhile Celbridge will face Naas in the other semi-final after they accounted for Athy by 2-11 to 0-13 in their quarter final fixture. That match will take place on Wednesday next October 2nd also in Hawkfield.
Rugby World Cup Specials at the Clubhouse Café & Bar
Our Clubhouse Café & Bar will be offering free tea or coffee refills with every full Irish Breakfast bought during the Ireland v Japan match this Saturday morning. The match kicks off at 8.15am and you can watch it in HD on our big screen in the clubhouse café & bar. There is a great selection of top quality food available on our breakfast menu.
Clane Óg Academy
The Clane Óg academy is back up and running every Saturday morning from 10 - 11.15am on the main pitch for all children aged 4-6. Cost is €2 per child. Follow #ClaneÓgAcademy on social media or check out our web site for news and updates.
The Playing Fields Festival Celebration Party & Volunteer Appreciation Night
We will be hosting a celebration party and volunteer appreciation night this Saturday in the clubhouse from 9.30pm. Entry is free and all are welcome. There will be a disco with music from the 80's & 90's from DJ Craig!
U17 Camogie Final - Sunday at 12pm
Our U17 Camógs will face Johnstownbridge in their Camogie final this Sunday, in Conneff Park with a 12pm throw-in on the main pitch. Clane narrowly lost to the same opposition in the 1st round of the competition in a cracking game and will be looking to reverse the result this time around. Best of luck to the team and management. Please come down and support the team, they are a young team full of promise and have put a lot of hard work in to reach the final and fully deserve our support. #ClaonadhAbú
Clane Camogie - Cake Sale this Sunday
Our camogie club are holding a cake sale fundraiser this Sunday in the parish hall after 9.30 and 11.30am masses. Please support!
ClubZap App - Meeting for Coaches/Mentors
We will be hosting a meeting next Wednesday night, October 2nd in the upstairs bar at 9pm for coaches/mentors and those responsible for team communications. Our PRO, James Henry and the application developers will be present to discuss plans, improvements and address any questions you may have. You should already have received a registration invite from your code chairperson; in case you have not please contact him or her for details.

P.S. For those of you on our Fixtures mailing list, we recently communicated that the eMail distribution list became corrupted.
